Yard waste and leaf pickup provider is changing in Springfield

Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Springfield’s yard waste collection is transitioning to a new provider. Starting Sunday, Lake Area Disposal will take over the bi-weekly yard waste and leaf pickups, while the current schedule will remain unchanged. Residents can find more information on the Springfield Public Works section of the city’s website.
