Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW). –  Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) Medical Group says it is welcoming Dr. Ebuka Edwin Oduche, a board-certified psychiatrist, to HSHS Medical Group Psychiatry in Springfield. The clinic is located at 2901 Old Jacksonville Road, Suite D, Springfield.

It was mentioned in a recent press release that aside from Oduche’s clinical expertise, he is also recognized for his collaborative and dedicated approach to advancing mental health care. As an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Association, Oduche believes that building strong relationships with patients, and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, ensures a fully holistic and individualized treatment.

The hospital says it truly makes a patient feel like they are receiving personal, and intimate care that is exclusive to them.

Oduche also has completed dual residency training in internal medicine and psychiatry at SIU School of Medicine in Springfield, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Oduche provides comprehensive psychiatric services, including the diagnosis and management of mood disorders, psychosis and substance use disorders.

With many people suffering from mental related disorders, officials say, it’s good to have a great doctor, that tailors his services to you as the patient, as well as carries a great amount of expertise.

For more information on Dr. Oduche, you can visit hshs.org or call 217-544-9252.

New HSHS Medical Group patients may call the HSHS Medical Group Patient Advocate at 844-520-8897 to set up their first appointment.
