Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Introducing Clifford, the Friends of Sangamon County Animal Control Dog of the Week.

Clifford is a handsome medium sized boy with the most adorable huge ears. He’s been living in a kennel at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center since September when he was brought in as a stray. When he first arrived he was pretty terrified, but he’s become more comfortable over time and his sweet and friendly personality is starting to shine. When he gets settled into his forever home, he’ll be a wonderful addition to his family, just perfect for being together on cold winter nights.

Clifford is available for adoption, foster or foster to adopt. You can meet him and all of the other adoptable pets during shelter hours Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
