Two more WICS personalities are set to leave the station.
Chief Meteorologist Ric Kearbey and evening anchor Liz Foster are leaving at the end of the month; Kearby on the 27th and Foster the 31st. Kearbey’s Facebook page says his situation involves a contract issue.
The news comes just a week after a fight at the Springfield Hooters’ restaurant ultimately led to the departures of both Vince DeMentri and Garrett Brnger; though neither Kearbey’s nor Foster’s departures are related to that.
WICS General Manager Rick Lipps couldn’t be immediately reached for comment.
