Autopsy Complete on Body Found in Shed

The Sangamon County Coroner has released some more details after a badly decomposed body was found in a storage shed Wednesday morning.

Cinda Edwards says an autopsy conducted this morning on the body found in the nine-hundred block of North 11th Street.

She says a positive I.D. has not yet been made pending dental record comparisons, but the body appears to be that of a male between 20 and 40 years old.

Edwars says while Springfield Police continue to investigate, foul play is not suspected right now. She says toxcology tests are alsp pending.
