Soul star John Legend has been feted with an honorary doctorate at his alma mater in Pennsylvania.

The “All of Me” hitmaker headed back to school on Monday to attend the University of Pennsylvania’s commencement ceremony, 15 years after he donned the traditional cap and gown there for his graduation from the institution’s College of Arts and Sciences with a degree in English.

His proud wife, model Chrissy Teigen, shared a snap of her husband on his big day with fans on her Instagram.com blog.
