During a beautiful Sunday afternoon last Fall, I made the terrible decision to make tomato soup from scratch. I thought it would complement the cool weather and exciting Bears football game quite well. What’s better than a delicious dish with tons of effort put into it by me? Campbell’s canned soup, apparently.

Looks delicious, right? I guess it’s recommended to use the ingredients exactly as written and not to “go rogue” with my own interpretations. Maybe I should give it another shot this coming season and redeem myself in the kitchen. We’ll see.
