Contest Rules

The following rules apply to WQQL, WDBR, WTAX, WYMG and WABZ, here-in-after known as Capitol Radio Group stations.

* To be eligible to win you must not have won anything in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past year, unless otherwise specified.

* All prizes must be claimed in person within 30 business days of winning, or prior to expiration date, unless otherwise specified.

* Only one winner per household per 30 days.

* You must present positive legal identification and then sign a release form.

* Prizes not claimed within the specified time period will be forfeited.

* All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise specified.

* By playing the contests, you have awarded the Capitol Radio Group Stations the right to publicize your name, likeness, voice and details of winning through broadcast or other means of publicity.

* All attributable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.

* When contest players are required to call-in to win, you must use the following phone numbers; 217-492-2665 on WQQL, 217-789-4487 on WDBR, 217-753-1240 on WTAX, 217-789-7625 or 217-789-7655 on WYMG or 217-527-1939 on WABZ. The person operating the telephones at the Capitol Radio Group stations has the final decision as to who is the winning caller. The Capitol Radio Group Stations assume no responsibility for any problems with telephone service, Internet, or email.

* Remember that anytime you call a Capitol Radio Group station, it is likely that your voice will be recorded and the phone call may be used in any manner, including broadcast.

* Any prizes awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

* Employees of Saga Communications, Capitol Radio Group, or its subsidiaries and their families, advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors and principals and employees of all media communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Capitol Radio Group stations main studios are not eligible to win contests. A copy of these rules and additional rules for specific Capitol Radio Group stations contests are available during regular business hours at 3501 East Sangamon Avenue, Springfield, Illinois.
