Weekend Re-Cap
Weekend Re-Cap

Good Monday morning!!  Wow!  What a weekend!  I’m going to give you just a quick weekend Re-Cap starting with Friday night after work.  My g/f hasn’t seen many movies from the 80′s so we watched “Stand By Me” and she liked it!  Saturday morning I woke up early and was the D.j. for CrossFit Instinct Central’s Grand Opening!!  Now CrossFit Instinct has 2 locations!!  One inside Gold’s Gym and the other at the FairHills Mall!!  If you want more details just check them out and their brand new website at www.crossfitinstinct.com.  After the grand opening I went out to Complete Nutrition for a LIVE broadcast!  They had their huge one day sale and it was awesome!!  After the LIVE broadcast I went home and took a little nap.  Then I went to church then went out to eat with my g/f then we watched some of the Bulls game *they lost :( *  Then went out to Boondocks to watch one of the best bands ever X-KRUSH!!  It was awesome!!  That place is really nice and it was an awesome show.  Sunday I woke up and got a great WOD in at CrossFit Instinct then I came home and mowed the yard and weed wacked a little bit.  Went grocery shopping, ate some food, cooked some food for the week and finished the weekend by falling asleep watching the OKC Thunder NBA Playoff game!!  Whew!!  I’m exhausted just telling you about it!!!  Hope you had a great weekend too!!
