Of course I would roll my ankle :(

Good Tuesday afternoon! Another beautiful day outside and I’m inside doing my radio thang…it’s all good! Bad news today…I took a rest day from CrossFit Instinct and just played basketball at 12 noon and of course, you guessed it, I rolled my ankle! It was bad! I went down hard! Thought my life was over. I landed on another players foot and yup, just down I went. Of course I just tied my shoes tighter and kept playing the best I could and now, 4 hours later, I’m hurting!! WOW!! Can a guy get some ice?? Hahahaha!! I’ll be alright, I just hope whatever the CrossFit Games 12.4 WOD is on Thursday that I have to do doesn’t need much ankle strength!
So other than that, I’ve just been working all day and trying to figure out my NCAA Brackets. I think I’ll really sit down tonight and try to pick my upsets and all that good stuff. It’s just me vs. my dad, uncle, and g/f!! Winner gets bragging rights!! Wish me luck!

Well, back to work for this guy!! Talk to you at 6 o’clock!
