AMANDA is a CrossFit WOD that consists of 9-7-5 reps of Squat Snatch (135#) and Muscle Ups. I did AMANDA one month ago and my trainer, Tim, wanted to retest me on her so I did her again. One month ago my time was 10:57…Today’s time was 8:26!!!! #BOOM!! That’s the best way to start a day!!!
