Good Friday morning to you!  Hope your day is going great!  Mine is going awesome!  I woke up and went to the gym early because I have a meeting this afternoon and I got some much needed revenge on AMANDA!  AMANDA is a CrossFit WOD that consists of 9-7-5 reps of Squat Snatch (135#) and Muscle Ups.  I did AMANDA one month ago and my trainer, Tim, wanted to retest me on her so I did her again.  One month ago my time was 10:57…Today’s time was 8:26!!!!  #BOOM!!  That’s the best way to start a day!!!  Make sure you check out CrossFit Instinct!!  www.crossfitinstinct.com  Get in there and get after it!!!  Oh yeah and a big shout out to my guys up in Bloomington at CrossFit Bloomington Normal, I was rockin’ their Suns Out Guns Out tank top when I did the WOD today!!  Must have special powers!!!
