Another rest day with no rest…hahahaha!

Good Thursday afternoon! Hope you are staying cool! Man it’s HOT OUT! Well Thursdays are my “rest days” from the gym and a day for me to get stuff done around the house etc… Today I woke up early and started cooking food for the week. Then I took my dog, Divot, to the vet for his 3 year check up and all that good stuff. He passed with straight A’s. Check out his report card!
He weighed in at 44.2lbs! SOLID MAN!
After the vet I went home and decided to give my truck a nice cleaning! I’m talking the whole detailing and everything! Now it’s shinning and looking awesome! I think I got a little more sunshine than I thought. I feel it a little bit now while I’m here at work. Oh well, I’ve got 2 more days of SUNSHINE this weekend on the lake!!
Well if you didn’t hear that the guy who ate the other guys face in Florida who everyone thought was on bath salts, NOPE! He was just on some cannabis! I don’t know if that is good or bad…either way he had the munchies really, really bad!
Well, that’s all I got for you right now. Talk to you at 6 o’clock!
